The objectives of our Innovation Plan are the improvement of the organization of the productive areas and of the safety standard of the working environments (our level is already high, but we will surely improve again) in substance, the optimization of the Quality of processes and work spaces. A continually increasing Quality will influence the possible increases in development, competitiveness and profitability, fundamental indicators of a company's "health".
